Symbol: Three black circles or holes contained in an equilateral triangle.

They Who Hunger manifests itself as a massive snapping turtle. Its shell large enough to be mistaken for a small hill of ancient and scarred rock, covered in layers of mud, algae, bones, and tree stumps. From the front of the shell rise three long serpentine necks, each ending in a different monstrous head.

Each head is said to represent a different aspect of hunger. The central head is that of a wide snapping turtle and represents the relentless drive to feed. The second head is thinner and its maw is filled with thin needle-like teeth. This head embodies the pain and hollowness of starvation. The third head is head crocodilian with sharp cunning eyes and it personifies patience, a willingness to wait for the most desired prey to fully satiate its hunger.

They Who Hunger is primal and relentless. Unlike gods that represent ideas or balance, this deity embodies a force that never truly ends. Every living creature must eat. Even the other gods hunger for worship and the faith of their followers. While its three heads embody different aspects of hunger, they are united in doing whatever it takes to satiate it.
