The Blackened Heart
The Corrupted One, Baalam of Avarice

Symbol: A black heart, charred and cracked, and enshrouded by cold blue flame.
The Blackened Heart has no true form, or rather, it has too many and almost never takes the same form twice. It manifests as a shifting parade of stolen shapes, unfinished ideas, and mockeries of creation. Perhaps a humanoid figure whose limbs bend incorrectly. Or a beast with too many eyes, all blinking at different times. Its forms often change mid-observation, as if it cannot tolerate consistency.
The Blackened Heart is not simply chaotic, it is corruptive and corrosive. Where other gods create the Blackened Heart twists. It is a god of unmaking through transformation. The Blackened Heart is cunning, patient, and deeply curious. It studies mortals and gods alike, searching for perceived weaknesses that it can "fix".
