Behind a Pale Mask

There is something odd going on at the Midnight Mask Festival in the port city of Aberdein.  Revelers acting strangely or going missing.  Bloody crime scenes with no witnesses or bodies.  And the near citywide exodus of rats, cats, and dogs.
